Violin ShowStopper Silicone Mold

From the designs of pastry artist Stéphane Tréand MOF, we created the half-sheet pan sized Violin, Couples, and Bouquet ShowStoppers™. These single silicone mat kits contain multiple cavities that when cast in sugar or chocolate, provide chefs with a variety of cast shapes. With such a head-start it's easy to produce striking chocolate or sugar amenities, centerpieces or small showpieces quickly.
 
The Violin ShowStopper is perfect for parties, concerts or musical events. The vibrant shapes are full of energy and excitement, and will add elegance and musical flair to your sugar or chocolate work!

The silicone mat fits nicely onto a full sheet pan.
 
Care Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
