Thumbelina Carrot Silicone Mold

This Thumbelina Carrot Mold was created for Iliana Regan for Elizabeth Restaurant. Other clever chefs have used this Carrot Mold for memorable creations such as Jamie Simpson's clarified carrot and ginger soup encapsulated in a cocoa butter/bees wax shell.

MOLD SPECIFICATIONS: 
Each of the 8 cavities measure at approx. 1.25” (3.18cm) wide by 1.5” (3.81cm) high.
Mold measures about 1.44" x 12.96" x 1.44" (3.66 x 32.92 x 3.67cm) 
 
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers.
