Hive Silicone Mold

Initially conceptualized for the renowned UK Chocolatier and Confectioner, Ruth Hinks, as part of her plated dessert for the World Chocolate Masters, this contemporary 'beehive' design is the fruit of a collaborative endeavor with The Chicago Culinary FX. Roughly equivalent in size to a large egg, it serves as an ideal canvas for mousses or frozen desserts with hidden surprises. With its alluring contours, this sleek and modern oval shape effortlessly elevates the presentation of any dish.

Each of the six Hives measure: 2¼" x 1 5/8" wide(5.7cm x 4.1cm)
Mold measures 11.875" x 2.5" x 2.25" (30.2cm x 6.35cm x 5.7cm )
 
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
