To craft our silicone Fig Mold, we meticulously captured the essence and form of fresh figs. Whatever you cast will be readily identifiable to your guests. Our test kitchen chefs were thrilled with the results produced by the six unique fig cavities.
 
MOLD SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Each of the 6 fig cavities measure approximately 1.875” x 1.3” diameter (4.76 x 3.3cm)
  • Mold measures about 4.72" x 9.89" x 0.93" (12 x 25.12 x 2.36cm)
 
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
