Corn Nibble Silicone Mold

This collaboration with competition Chef Corey Siegel resulted in the creation of the Corn Nibble silicone mold. Crafted to consistently produce organic-looking bite-sized corn portions, it made a remarkable debut in competition. Judges were captivated by its concept and presentation. Featuring 27 cavities, it ensures highly efficient production!
 
MOLD SPECIFICATIONS:
Each of the 27 castings measures about: 2.25” x 1” x 0.25” height. (5.72cm x 2.54cm x 0.64cm)
Mold measures about 11.42" x 7.28" x 0.37" (29.02 x 18.5 x 0.95cm)
 
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
