With Spring's arrival, we have great news to share! Our May and July Mold Making Classes still have a few spaces, Stéphane Tréand MOF's new school has opened, and we are calling for competition entries for Pastry Live.
So, without further ado...

May 23, Wednesday- 8am-2pm

July 9, Monday- 9am-5pm
July 10, Tuesday- 9am-5pm
July 11, Wednesday- 8am-2pm

While we can't compress all of Michael's skill and 20 years experience into three days, you will leave with a solid understanding, invaluable information and all of the molds you make in class. Cost: $1,150.00 = $800.00 for the three day class, plus $350.00 for the tool kit and silicone material (all of which you take home). Not only are the classes taught by Chef Treand, he has enlisted pastry champions Patrice Caillot, Vincent Pilon, & Frederic Monti to share their knowledge. Do you have the itch to compete on a National Level?

Here is your chance to compete in a non-politically driven event organized by chefs for chefs. Pastry Live 2012 is offering a two week window (until May 18th) to apply for the National Showpiece Competition or the Signature Dessert Competition. These will take place during Pastry Live Weekend at The Retreat at Perimeter Summit in Atlanta, August 3-5, 2012.
