Greetings chefs and culinary enthusiasts,
As the time to register for this year’s major pastry event draws near (April 1st), we want to share some photos from last year’s World Pastry Forum and Amoretti’s World Pastry Team Championship. It was a fun filled week with learning and laughs followed by a two day pastry competition.

New friendships were formed, happy memories created and we all left richer for it. Don’t miss the excitement; sign up and spend 4th of July with all of us!

Chocolate Showpiece Class
with Stéphane Tréand

Stephane TreandThe Two-Day Demo will explore the many techniques that go into the design and production of a chocolate  showpiece. Chef Tréand will demonstrate chocolate showpiece techniques as well as his amazing chocolate air-brushing techniques that lead to the National and World Championship wins. 
 
In the Hands on Class students will develop their chocolate showpiece skills under the guidance of Chef Treand. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a master. Class size is very limited.

Where:The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Atlanta 
When:  Sunday March 21st and Monday March 22nd   3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
