As we've had our first dusting of snow and all the elves are working at a fevered pace, it's time we share some of this year's Christmas goodies:
December 2011 Showcase
MOF Chocolatier This year, four amazing chefs from the corners of the globe completed a major accomplishment in their professional journey, they competed for the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier-Pâtisser. Held in Clermont-Ferran, France, Jean-Marie Auboine from Las Vegas, Jean-Marc Scriban from Japan, Christophe Morel from Montreal and Frederic Hawecker from Châteaurenard came together to exhibit their craft. Sweet Christmas visions from Switzerland & Bavaria
It's that magical time of year again where the shorter days and cold weather welcome celebration. We have found this best done with good company and plenty of comfort food. While on a holiday tour of Bavarian and Switzerland, we enjoyed a wonderful variety of memorable delicacies.
