Dear Friends and Culinary Enthusiasts!

It has been a great summer! Mold making classes continue to go well and we hope you will be able to join us in the future. If you like pastry competitions, but could not make it to this year’s Amoretti National Pastry Team Championship, this month's Pastry Postcard highlights some of the action.
