Chocolate Bars cast with silicone Cake Liners
Here's thinking out of the box - the ever inventive David Ramierz used our cake liners to cast stunning chocolate bars (luster dusted to bring out the detail). Wrapped in cellophane they flew off the shelves.

He came back to us to create a PETG mold for a quick run of these Steam Punk  S'more bars made with milk chocolate, campfire roasted marshmallows and teddy-grahms. Got your wheels spinning...what can you offer your customers?

Pastry Live Postcard

Paul Bodrogi did a great job of producing another memorable Pastry Live Event. It was a heartwarming gathering of our pastry community; friends came from as far away as Malaysia, India and Japan. We shared laughs, ideas, and the excitement - a real sense of community. We all left richer for having been there. Many thanks to everyone who participated and made it happen. And the work of the winners, judge for yourself!
