Indian Summer Newsletter

September 13, 2015

Welcome Back, Chefs and Culinary Enthusiasts!

Here in Chicago, we are enjoying the first days of Indian summer. With cooler temperature and changing scenery, it's great that everyone is getting back into the flow of work and school. Pastry Live 2015 and it's seven different competitions was an inspirational event to start off the season.

In this newsletter, we celebrate students and teachers by kicking off our Pastry Live Series showcasing the contestants of the Student Chocolate Challenge. Additionally, we are featuring Pastry ShowKits that have instructors and students raving. Let's Go!

Pastry Showkits

For us, one of the highlights of Pastry Live is meeting face-to-face with so many of the passionate people we collaborate with over long distances. Several Baking and Pastry Arts Instructors from across the country shared how much they and their students enjoy working with our Pastry Showkits.

When cast in chocolate or sugar, these high-quality silicone mats provide a variety of shapes that can be quickly assembled into stylish displays.
