Chef Pilon and his team did an outstanding job utilizing our beautifully detailed Pastry Impression Molds; Ostrich Plume, Infinite Knot, and Harem Pillow for the ‘jewel’ details, Sterling Burst on the dress, and Poodle Ties to top off the sleeves.
