Dear Chefs and Culinary Friends,

So much as changed since our last Newsletter. We are working on great projects, have hit a wonderful growth spurt and are continuing to hire more exceptional staff. The biggest change this year is communicating with you. YOU can now follow us Instagram and Facebook, as we will no longer be sending out Newsletters. 

We are still making beautiful artisan Silicone Molds and hi-def Plastic Molds for pastry and savory chefs, but we are mainly busy taking care of our customers with custom needs.

Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie & Bocuse d'Or 2019
It is with great pleasure we once again share our Pastry Postcards for Coupe du Monde - Event and Coupe du Monde - Entremets and Desserts and Bocuse d’Or - Event and Bocuse d’Or -Press Photos.

For Beatrice this was a homecoming, as she was excited to return for the 7th time. In 2017, she had the honor of being invited as a Press tasting judge-representing the United States.
